Peter Sandys-Thomas - Managing Director

Rhodes University – BSc Pure Mathematics and Mathematical Statistics

In the first ten years Peter worked for the following financial institutions:
• Indrustrial Bank of Japan (London)
• Capital Equity Investments (London)
• First Mutual Life (Harare)

Peter then went on his own and was the founding director of the following companies:
• GP2 Asset Management (Private) Limited
• African Independent Research (Private) Limited
• Hang-Up (Private) Limited T/A Home-Style Candles
• Histride Investments (Private) Limited T/A Home-Style Bricks
He has vast experience in starting various green field operations and turning them into leading brand companies.

Maxwell Tauya – Company Secretary

Diploma in Business Studies and Accounting. Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators Zimbabwe.

Maxwell has twenty three years of experience in accounting, company secretarial, financial administration and taxation services. Presently he is a shareholder and Finance Director of Gramfox Enterprises (Private) Limited T/A Combined Accounting Services. He is a Trustee to over one hundred Discretionary Trusts and Director of several companies.

SENIOR MANAGEMENT

Wendy Bartlett - Accountant

Wendy has worked in finance for the past twenty years as a teacher and later in the business world. She has been with the Company from the start and specializes in structuring, standardizing and streamlining financial reporting process to provide more accurate and productive systems that enhance data visibility and facilitate better business decisions.

Johannes Van Westhuizen - Production

Johannes manages and coordinates the production aspects which includes all the machinery and labour to manufacture our different products.Johannes has a strong mechanical aptitude and being able to ensure all equipment is maintained and running properly, solving production problems and leading people. He has over three years experience of supervising the staff in manufacturing and the assembly plant.

Fidelis Chivarange - Sales & Marketing

Fidelis qualified in Sales Marketing and Public Relations and for the last twenty years has been working in sales, selling cement related products for both Vaka Concrete and Zimtile. There is no one in Zimbabwe that has as much knowledge about this sectors clientele as him. He boasts a wealth of experience in this field and is a huge asset to our company

Muneyi Muringidzi - Production

Muneyi worked with Ministry of Education as a Primary School teacher and with Pinnacle Property Holdings before joining Homestyle Bricks from inception. He monitors, maintains and calibrates all our machines so that our products are produced to the highest standard.

Stanley Dandadzi - Production

Stanley has worked in the Construction Industry for the past twelve years with Keegan Enterprises and Sirtech Investments. He has also been with Home-Style Bricks from inception. He monitors all production to guarantee that our products are mixed with the correct ratios to produce products with strengths above the standards set by SAZ.

Forward Kagande - Sales & Marketing

Forward identifies, develops and maintains sales activities in the organisation. He has international skills that are intergrated with the sales operation of the organisation.

Nadine Hahn - Sales

A diligent and dedicated customer service professional backed by 8 years of experience gained from organisations in a variety of sectors including: Banking, Logistics, Restaurants and leisurewear clothing. Nadine possesses a strong work ethic with the ability and confidence to work with colleagues across different departments inorder to drive the organisation and provides the highest levels of customer service. She is able to work with minimum supervision and holds a strong “can do” attitude with a good background of social skills with customers.

Marsha Noble - Sales

Marsha is a hardworking and dedicated proffessional with over 10 years in sales. She brings high standards of customer service to the sales team and has a unique skill to compel customers into purchasing products. Her character and presence also create a conducive working environment amongst colleagues.
